Supplements for Vivid Dreams

14 posts in this topic

I've started taking this supplement two months ago and my dreams are SUPER vivid, when I wake up it's like I've been on a journey and they are so intense that I wake up mentally impacted and sometimes tired. I want to know which one of the supplements on the list is making me dream like that. It might be my biology too but Im just super curious, if anyone has any clue please let me know. I dont want to stop taking them cause they give me lots of energy and Ive been feeling great, juts the dream part is out of control xD

Thank you!

Lol.

Maybe the b1 mega dose, or even the b12 (increases norephedrine, which can make dreams look vivid).

had some of the weirdest dreams when i used trazodone as a sleep aid

one time thought a little flying kind of robot drone a bit similar to the matrix sentinels entered my room, it was so realistic i guess it was something between a dream and a hallucination

but i generally have wild vivid dreams

My goodness, no creatures in my dreams so far. Are you taking lots of vitamins too?

I found this forum where they were talking about the link between alpha lipoic acid and vivid dreams.

"Not believing your own thoughts, you’re free from the primal desire: the thought that reality should be different than it is. You realise the wordless, the unthinkable. You understand that any mystery is only what you yourself have created. In fact, there’s no mystery. Everything is as clear as day. It’s simple, because there really isn’t anything. There’s only the story appearing now. And not even that.” — Byron Katie

Wait a bit, i've clicked on your signature and i came across a bresilian hottie with a large palate, big breasts, and who speaks Portuguese very quickly.

Intuitively i would say because you like having problems to solve, things to un-twist.

I was going to say B12 too. I had some extemely vivid dreams sometimes when I took a high dose of B12 before sleep.

It doesn't always occur when I take it though. And the dreams are Hyperreal. The vision is more real than reality, more intense and clear than when I was tripping.

I hate vivid dreams . They make me question my entire existence.

What exactly is a dream btw ?

my mind is gone to a better place.  I'm elevated ..going out of space . And I'm gone .

So you got laid and got a GED? Congratulations.
