A powerful way is to learn to be grateful for your life. If you are appreciative of life, you will naturally exude out positive vibes and people will like you.

They are all linked up. If you act and talk positively in real life, then naturally most people will treat you with positively. Then your subconscious mind will also become more positive.

I recommend the Internal Family Systems model. I've found it helpful for discovering and accessing a lot of blocked emotional energy from long forgotten parts of myself among other things. 

It's a therapeutic model but you can also start practicing it on your own. There are guided meditations for it in the book and online.
