how to blast open the heart chakra??

the last couple of weeks i've been experiencing pretty incredible activity around my chest area. it absolutley fucking has something to do with the heart chakra, no question about it. the last couple of years, ive felt a blockage, almost like a knot in my chest. but lately its like the knot started opening. i feel incredible warm tingly energetic sensations flowing from my chest throughout my entire body, and also out into everything else. 

i've literally never felt this energetic before. its popping the fuck off. never felt so connected, social and empathic before. VERY authentic, i fucking love it. total acceptance of whatever arises

however im not all the way there. its like its not on 100% of the time. i notice that when im around other people, my chest area / heart chakra blasts the fuck open. dont know why. 

im also having physical reactions, like gentle tensions around my chest area. this had me worried a bit, but from what i can read its pretty normal. 

So my question is; how tf do i blast open this little guy open?  i was randomly drinking cacao (i drink basically pure cacao), and felt an incredible  euphoric spike in my chest. looked it up, and turns out cacao is used for opening the heart chakra. damn im excited this stuff is actually happening lol. never experienced any chakra activity before, its very real i can confirm

so yea how do i blast open my heart chakra completely, is my question??
