Leo , does pursuing a relationship grows you more or having a girlfriend?

I have approached 100 girls in my college with no acceptance but only positives are that I realised that I can get a girlfriend, it doesn't matter wether I had a girlfriend in the past or not. And yes putting effort/taking action matters. So could you all answer the above question ?

It has the potential for one to get to know their inner workings, how they react to things, their triggers and their shadows. It has great potential for self-growth; but one has to be aware of how to use another for this purpose and the best results require for one not to judge themselves or others, but only to observe.

In theory relationships should trigger growth but judging by the way people talk about relationships, it seems that there is a lot of stagnation i.e People not learning from their mistakes, knowingly entering into destructive situationships repeatedly, using others etc I have never been in a relationship, so I am writing from an outsiders perspective but the people will very active love lives at least in my generation, don't seem to be anymore emotionally or psychologically developed. I think you have to make an active choice to grow, being in any particular situation won't make you grow automatically just because. This is just my limited understanding.

Dating vs relationship are different skillsets which both need dedicated practice and experience.

Each can grow you in different ways.

With a relationship it's easy to fall into a rut and just wallow in comfort and not grow. Dating forces you to stay sharp.

The key is to keep dating your partner. Never stop trying to win her favor. Never stop taking each other on dates to fun places. Can prevent things settling into a rut.

@Leo Gura does being single and trying to get a relationship grows you ? Does being single grows you? How does one cure jealousy when you see others around you in a relationship while when you try on girls you get rejected ?
