DMSA From South Africa

@Leo Gura I just watched your Heavy Metal video and I see you said you sourced your DMSA from "Living Supplements" which ships from South Africa. I live in South Africa so this is great for me. I am battling to find DMSA on their site (it seems to only have ALA), so I just wanted to find out if you have still been sourcing from them? If not, what is your new source of DMSA? Thank you.

Also, @Leo Gura, I am 26 years old, is it worth starting rounds of chelation at this age?

I don't know your condition so I cannot tell you if chelation good for you. Only you can decide that after doing some research. Trust your own judgment, not mine.

@Leo Gura Just one question, can't find a clear answer in my research, is it still valid to do 2 rounds every few months? Or is it ineffective to only do 2 with such a big gap in between. Reason is, the supplements are quite expensive, so just want to space things out.

@stephenkettley 10-20 rounds are usually needed for significant results.

It's best to get on with it and not delay. If you care about results then don't dabble but do it with a passion.

You need to space them out because your body needs time in between rounds to recover.

1-2 weeks between rounds is good.
