What did Leo mean in the bias video?

There is one specific point in the video where Leo claims that all the least bias-ed humans who have lived in history have been murdered, or never had children. That the humans who live today are the descendants are the most selfish, biased, and egoistical humans.

What? The least self-biased humans were killed off? Was this a serious historical event? What happened?

@Husseinisdoingfine kinda like if there is no food the people who push to the front get it first but in every aspect of life. Pushing to the front is bias.
