@Sugarcoat re my breadboard shaped alien.

Are you sure Kratom is illegal in Sweden ? Mine has been exported from there.

The government website  said Sweden criminalized it and it will begin to be criminal 11th march

The calorie deficit is working. I don’t track my calories as I find it a bit too much work having to count all the details. But what I have done is just minimize my portion sizes, and only eating twice a day no snacks. I kinda follow the plate model so I fill half my plate with veggies, 1/4 of the plate protein then 1/4 carbs like pasta, rice , potato, and then some healthy fat like olive oil or avocado. It keeps the calories less and the portion sizes adequate but smaller than usual. 
 

I started of weighing like 68/69 kg and now I weigh 66 so I’m down like two kilos. 
 

My next goal is to limit dessert to once a week. Maximum twice.  Usually I eat some form of sweets Friday, Saturday and Sunday so three times but I feel that’s a bit too much. 1 would be ideal max two as I said. 
 

Im not even hungry it has been very easy to eat less. I have incredibly stable energy levels and I feel very healthy. So im looking forward to loosing more weight

I eat twice a day usually aswell. 👊

That's really the normal way to eat in my experience.

Yea I remember you mentioned that. For me that’s the sweet spot too, I don’t see the need for more. You’re quite slim yourself so it makes sense. I forgot to add but on weekends I tend to eat even once per day and something sweet. And it’s working for me I don’t get hungry.

Sometimes I eat once a day aswell. But then the next day I get a backlash and eat twice as much :D

Hahaha that doesn’t happen to me, not anymore. But maybe it balances things out for you. You’re slim so it doesn’t seem you eat in excess

That's true because I run out of energy if I skip too many meals. Body becomes weak. I wouldn't look so slim if I was to put some muscle mass tho. Maybe I'll do that 💪

When I don’t eat much my energy tends to feel okay but what happens is that I get “dizzy” or whatever it’s called when I stand up if that makes sense.

I’ve also considered doing some strength training. Apparently building muscle increases metabolism so it’s good for staying lean too

I get the same thing. That for me is a sign not to push it anymore.
