Lol. I meant this. 

"Just make an attempt to become here and now with absolute focus and eyes open. See what happens. If some kind of subtle shift in experience will happen. Like moving from psychologal reality of labeling things to existencial reality without labeling anything.

My mind is quite quiet a lot of the time, there are large gaps between my thoughts. I don’t feel more present because of it though.

It’s a bit unclear what it means to “become here and now with absolute focus”. What do I do? Where do I direct my attention? For example during my meditation today I focused my attention on my breath. That is an action I can take, directing my attention. How do I “become here and now?

If you become very still and gather all your focus to here and now, you might experience a shift in experience from being in the mind to being in reality. It's a distinct shift in quality of experience. I know the instructions are vague but that's just it is. If you're willing to simply try without overthinking it, you might get it.

Nonconceptual awareness or objectless awareness is a state that occurs briefly and intermittently when practicing Centering Prayer as taught by some among the Christian contemplatives.

Had a 30min long of some kind of concious weird dream phenomena. I'm stoked, haha. This is great success because my other dream incidents were always very short. I hope I can replicate the results if I repeat what I've done. Too bad I don't know exactly what caused it 😭

I don’t know what it was but it would probably fall under the category of what most people call astral projection. But it might fall under the category of lucid dreaming aswell. Because I was not sure I just called it "concious weird dream phenomena". There seems to many layers and planes of consciousness that one can experience in sleep. It's hard to properly categorize what is what.

Ok I see. That’s cool you were able to experience that. I meditated 3 hours yesterday and I plan on continuing that every day

I’m considering writing down here each time I complete a meditation session to keep myself accountable. I’ve started to meditate recently again and built it up to 3 hours a day. It’s still new for me as I’ve only done the 3 hours maybe 3 days so far. So it’s still challenging. What’s most challenging is not looking at the timer. I do it quite a bit but I’m trying to lessen the amount of times I do it. If I ever manage to complete a whole session without once looking at the timer that would be amazing progress. 
 

My goal with this meditation is to experience some kind of mystical experience from it. That’s what I want to start with. Then enlightenment would be the ultimate goal . But for that I probably need even more mediation, 5 hours or more a day. I’m thinking of continuing 3 hours a day for a few months then perhaps increasing it, working up to 5 hours a day. 
 

In 20 minutes I’ll start my session and see how it goes.

It’s a lot of effort for not that much, i just would take LSD lol.

I know Joe Dispenza sells (and share in his book) guided meditations and techniques for trigger « mystical experiences ».

Activating pineal gland by pushing spinal fluid in head and this kind of thing.
