I can’t really describe how dead my experience is. Imagine walking around and you barely feel like you exist at all. So disconnected from yourself you feel. You’re disconnected from your thought processes too so you barely hear your own thoughts.

I hear people around me speak and the way they speak and act suggest to me they have a richer experience of reality than me. They aren’t walking dead zombies like me. I wonder how it is to be them. I don’t know how long I can stand living like this. It’s not even living it’s barely existing at all.

Looking back, looks a bit the meditative state i used to practice to help insomnia ; Training to take a distance between the "self" (source) and the "samsara" (thoughts, my body etc).

The thing called prana would do wonders I believe. It's that thing that makes you feel like you're walking few inches above the ground because you're so full of aliveness. I can personally attest to it in case that means anything to you.

It's called pranic healing 😂

Nah there're actually infinite other ways of getting there besides that. Truth be told, I've been trying to show you how since the very first post I made to you (or the very first video) . Anything is still yet to sink in tho.
