What do you mean by that quote? That Jesus was in prayer during cruzifixion (hard to spell) and he was unnaffected because of it or?

Yes, that his love and peace never wavered because he was in constant communion (prayer) with God. That prayer enabled him to rise above torture. And that his capacity to be the light amidst darkness changed the whole world. There were millions of people that were crusified in history. None of them became famous or transformative for humanity. But because he was the light during that whole incident, it changed everything.

that’s a funny coincidence yea. I know prayer is a kind of spiritual practice

Prayer is a the path of desire. And desire is that forces that fuels everything that moves. And that force is love. That's how mystics realize that everything is love. Through prayer. By diving into their own heart's desire first. And realizing its source - God. One comes in tune with the Creator. In tune with the whole of creation. And discovers unending fulfillment. And life purpose.

You did a water fast ?

I've never tried, then well in general i take this 1 liter carton of shitty coconut water certainly pasteurized at 2000 degrees for hours lol, so i don't really know about the electrolytes quality.

i did a spontaneous water fast for maybe 4 days yea. It was a while ago. There was a recipe on YouTube for how to get your electrolytes and they used  lemon, coconut water (for potassium) and sea salt. It tastes good in some way

I've tried to at high school but it was only to see how the food tasted better afterwards ; And indeed, i've broken my fast with a clementine and it was incredible.

Haven't used electrolytes, too complicated.

mhhh... yuum... (ironic*)

I imagine a big viking from the early middle ages who was supposed to bleed a pig with a friend before having a meltdown and deciding that it was a good idea to put honey in coagulated pork blood.

And this shit was born.

I think I broke my fast with apple slices from Burger King during my night shift lol. I remember working night shift there after fasting 3-4 days and lemme tell you I was DEAD so tired I had to eat 😂😂😂but yea you’re right food tastes better after

the electrolyte thing was very simple and as I said it tasted oddly good, like it is “fit” for the body in its composition .

I wonder who came up with the blood pudding too yea

That's why I postpone trying it, haha.

My favorite thing is probably corn porridge made with milk.

I thought to myself how silly of me to make this journal. Do I seriously think my “random thoughts” are so interesting that they need a whole journal for themselves. 😂how narcissistic. I don’t even know what the purpose of writing this is. It’s fine though, it’s not so serious

No it's cool, it's cute.

At worst you can in fine recycle all these noted little insights into more complete ideas.
