There is a person I met online, who is really struggling right now. They need money and are offering 1 on 1 guitar lessons for just 10 dollars per hour.

I am not sure this forum is the place for it. You can suggest them to use Fiverr etc. You know, there is a bigger problem I see regarding teaching beginners new instruments. It's a big market for beginners, but very little market, guidance and possibilities for people who want to become a pro on the instrument. If only goverment would give rooms for renting as a rehearsal spaces in my area, that is million times better than having a music teacher.
