Direct experience versus second hand experience

Here is a simple exercise:

Say out loud the word “You” repeatedly as fast as you can for 20-45 seconds. Notice what happens to the original meaning. Did you experience stay the same or did it change?

Also, the word doesn’t have to be “You” it could be “Anything”.

But also, This practice is better on psychedelics! Just do it in private or they might think you’ve gone insane.
