I just had an intrusive image that the world was ending.

And then I farted.

Going to my first protest in two days. I am just curious to see how it is like in person, rather than seeing it online or on the news. I don’t have strong feelings about it, but I know Beans does.

Dunno what will happen, I think it’ll be a small protest…? Let’s see what happens. 

I am like my mom, she loves to study human behavior.

I also just want to make more crazy friends 💀

Today I realized something important about my deadname. For so long, I rejected it completely - flinching when I heard it, working to erase it from my life, treating it like a painful mistake.

But I'm beginning to see things differently now. That "name", and the life I lived with it, wasn't just something to hide or deny. It was actually necessary. Without those experiences, I wouldn't be who I am now. Every struggle and moment of discomfort was a step on my path.

I don't need to pretend that part of my journey didn't exist. I don't have to sever any piece of my history anymore. Accepting my deadname doesn't mean I want to be called by it again - it just means I can acknowledge it without internal resistance as part of my story.

It's freeing to realize that the person I was and the person I am now aren't separate entities at war with each other. They're connected chapters in the same book. It's all me - every version, every stage, all essential parts of my whole self.

Maybe this is what healing really is - not erasing the past, but integrating it into a more complete understanding of who I am.
