Is Trump sexist?

People claim that Donald Trump is sexist by calling Kamala Harris "dumb''. But he called Joe Biden and many others "dumb" too. 

Is it fair to call him sexist for this?

It seems he is treating Harris the same way he treats all his political opponents. 

(I'm not a Trump fan, I'm just using this example to understand how sexism or any other -ism works)

he was recently convicted for sexual abuse against jean carroll lol. the judge said it meets some definitions of rape but not the narrow definition used in NY
