Is Enlightment an Evolution or is It a fleeting state of consciousness?

According to the following "info" Enlightment seems to be Bigger than just an experience or realization, but rather an "attainment" in Reality.

There seems to be a conflict between

A) Those Who thinks God imagination can not be controlled and the dream is the same for All

B) Those that say Even if is an "imagination" It has certain rules or certain steps where one can "evolve" as a process of Existing in a certain way.

 

Definition of JeevanMukti in wikipedia says:

A jīvanmukta, literally meaning 'liberated while living',[1] is a person who has gained complete self-knowledge and self-realisation and attained kaivalya or moksha (liberation), thus is liberated while living and not yet dead

Sounds like science fiction or possible? 

Are there some absolute Rules in existence where one can attain a state of Liberation from physical nature while other encarnated forms of God are Still flipping burgers at McDonald's?

Why not? It's all Intent, either individual or cultural which determines one's motivation and direction of growth

Imo the word "enlightenment" is often used in different ways, and even if intellectually these definitions are different, they all indicate the same thing. The problem is that our mind tries to give an explanation of a concept that cannot be understood or explained through words. 

It's like trying to explain and imagine what something "without form" is. In the moment you try to do it, your brain creates an image of something that has a form.

Do mystics really understand something, or do they invent everything? What is the cosmos, what is its purpose, why things are the way they are, where they are going, why, what will be the next step, the next dimension, perhaps it is simply unimaginable, a reality absolutely outside the structures that we can manage, maybe our mind is the mind of an insect

Is there an "attainment" when  You go Home? No, its Home and that is all it is.. Its the same here, Enlightenment is just going Home Experientially, what has happened is that ppl are "Lost" and not at Home, so that is the problem.. Ego will say getting Lost is fun, adventurous, emotional, climatic, creative, yes it is for a short period of time, but not for eternity!

Is there an "attainment" "impermanence" when  You go Home Journey? No, its Home Adventure and that is all it is.. Its the same here, Enlightenment is Awakenings are just going Home Adventuring Experientially, what has happened is that ppl are "Lost" "Bitter" and not at Home Exploring, so that is the problem.. Ego Enlightenment will say getting Lost is fun, adventurous, emotional, climatic, creative coming home is fun, cozy, serene, relaxing, peaceful, yes it is for a short period of time, but not for eternity!
