Working on Binge Eating and its relation with Trauma.

9 posts in this topic

After a Kambô Cleaning this month I noticed that during the 10 days diet that includes no sugar,no processed foods ,no sex and much more other things my body drives me crazy in desire for sugar. I can eat Meat Fish and Chiken in this diet also fruits, veggies and overall healty stuff. At same time some Trauma material is coming up because of the diet, maily traumas that one use to cover eating sugary carbs. So I found this guy that works and talk about that somatic aspect.

Hope it brings Clarity to ones in the path of learning to be more conscious of their habits and the real source of their cravings.

This things are very counter-intuitive but the intelligence of the body os amazing. It works as it work and we work in favor to it or against it. A lot to learn in this youtube channel

I really wanted to work on this.

I have done a ton of binge eating and that's not healthy. Eating healthy recently though.

All I can say is that Kambô cleans the yellow and old bile from stomach. Is not a solution forever since you can go back to bad habits again. But the diet after the purge is 10 days no sugar,no sex,no industrialized food,no álcool. So is hard. But by completing the diet I came to realize that I dont really need sugar so much. My appreciation for good pranic food, fruits, vegetables and overall healty food came back. Is good to take a diatance from cravings so one can realize that those foods were addictions.

I have the opposite issue, not a lot of appetite.

I love mushrooms indeed, but rather pan-fried ahah.

I don't really like psychedelics anymore, I prefer "soft" stuff, which reduces my stress.
If I want to make an intellectual effort i prefer cigarettes or coffee.

I'm making mushroom stew. I've slowed down myself. How about dissociators? Cigarette coffee?

Coffee is way less disturbing than psychedelics ;)
