The new Corona variant is nasty

Oh Boy. I was infected with the Delta vatiant and this in some way nastier.

It immediately spread down from the throat to my bronchi causing bronchitis.

"A new variant of the coronavirus (named FLiRT) has recently spread, and its symptoms are somewhat different from the original virus or its earlier variants.

*The duration of infection and symptoms is prolonged and may last for several weeks in some people.
*Many people do not experience a sore throat despite having inflammation and swelling of the tonsils.
*Symptoms may be limited to gastrointestinal inflammation without bronchitis, or may present as only persistent dizziness with fluctuating blood pressure.
*Loss of taste or smell has become a rare symptom."

The symptoms are as follows:

1. Shortness of breath and chest pain, the most common and bothersome symptom (bronchitis).
2. General fatigue, dizziness, and muscle pain.
3. Pain in the upper abdomen with nausea, and possibly vomiting (a very common symptom).
4. Diarrhea, less common.
5. Generalized skin rash and redness, rare.
