I've been working on realizing beauty, still haven't cracked the nut.

My biggest obstacle to seeing beauty is like and dislike, I feel aversion towards some parts of Reality and attraction towards others. I wanna see beauty in all, discover it, if that's the case, as I intuit.

For example, I was cleaning a shit stain on my toilet and normally I would avoid it as ugly, uncomfortable and overall not the most pleasent activity for me. Today I kinda felt into the shit and wanted to look at it without this pull and push. I was surprised to see the shit, the smell and everything turn into beautiful just by the mere fact of existing. So that was a micro victory.

Yes lower our identification with likes/dislikes and then You see/experience the reality of Life/God.. Of course on the basic level of Living we will still have preferences and simple likes/dislikes, it always a matter of Identification and Awareness, most ppl are not Aware of anything that is going on within them, that this process is happening, so they are like living with a very dim Perception, no beauty in life just Likes/Dislikes and a perverse need to Gain more Likes/Pleasure and avoid Pain, its a simple calculation being done every second of every day!

Reality is absolute beauty because it is absolute perfection. Nothing that is not perfect can exist, since everything is infinitely interconnected, and has infinite depth. Under the thin layer of like/dislike that the animal survival instinct imposes, perfection is hidden.

Yes this is True, so it acknowledges that Levels exist, there is a Survival Level, we need to Survive another day to procreate, at this level if You were to be in Admiration of the Beauty/Perfection of Reality every moment, the Tiger would eat You up easily, so we don't naturally Perceive it this way, only when we are born and very young, as we grow older we learn to Survive better, but a Human can live Beyond this and Perceive Life as it is in all its Perfection and Unity!

To live in survival level is to be a gear slave of the tribe. It makes sense and is necessary in certain contexts and ceases to be so in others. When it is not, all that survival energy turns against the individual and produces what we call psychological suffering, which is the engine of transcendence if the individual has the necessary instinct and the conditions are favorable. If it does not have it, it will stuck , which is something absolutely normal in any movement of any living species.

That's right, it's the awareness and intelligence of the Ego that we must evolve!

Though others will purposefully define the Ego as the aspect that is purely detrimental and to be overcome

A broader holistic understanding of the Ego always seemed more fair and beneficial to me
