I've noticed a few posts on the DMT subreddit where people are loading carts with straight DMT freebase in crystal form and then heating the cart with something like a hairdryer to melt the DMT into liquid form. At this point, they claim to be able to vape it with the same ease as a PG/DMT mix, with the obvious difference that it's now much stronger and you can avoid ingesting the unwanted chemical of PG. Anyone ever try something similar with 5-MeO-DMT? The main difference I see is in the two molecules' melting points. DMT freebase melts at ~104F and 5-MeO-DMT freebase melts at ~151F. It's hard to say without doing some testing, but the higher melting point may be an issue in performing this method.
