Here you go - everything in reverse.

One might call this another conspirasy theory and give a list of other doctors who'll debunk it.

Except that Dr Bret Weinstein is a) biologist himself, and b) who dared to speak against the mainstream message. A doctor who speaks against, when he knows he should because he can't remain silent any longer, won't get a raise on his job. Instead, he'll get fired.

Bret Weinstein shares a lot of similarities with Jordan Peterson.

Both were involved in deep SD Green academia, had problems, and now seemed to have developed a Green shadow because of that. But Bret combines his conservatism with more conspiracy / anti-establishment / anti-modernism thinking than Peterson.

From a developmental psychology POV, it seems like maybe a failure to truly integrate and fully move into SD Yellow.

Maybe if one see a douche one for integrity sake must say it ,instead of sugarcoat the term. What one would call a douche?

He's an anti-vax Trump supporter.

Sorry, but I am done being nice to so-called scientists and intellectuals who wax philosophical for years and then end up supporting Trump in the end.
