Interesting conversation. Yes, I realize it’s Tucker Carlson but he has been having some interesting conversations since he’s been solo. This is one of them.

What is happening structurally in the American health care « sick care » system is so backwards.

The emphasis on economic interests and big pharma pressure is nice but it is the symptom and not the root cause.

The root is a deep misunderstanding about the human body and how it does what it does.

The success of last hundred years in vaccines and life saving treatments has fooled us into thinking we solved human body and now think we can treat everything else too that way.

No scientific explanation is convincing enough in explaining how our organs keep succeeding in doing their role in a way any artificial machine would already fail in that long ago.

The machinary style thinking and explanations about how the human body works gives us an illusion we understand it. While it is indeed partially true it is merely the tip of the iceberg.

We can't assume we know better than hunderds of thousands of years of nature's accumulated experience.

That is the ground on which a long term use of drugs and antidepressants problems of unexpected side effects, dependency, overadaptation that leads to paradoxical results, and withdrawal start to appear and expose our embarassing hibris position and stupidity.
