There are no versions of you

12 posts in this topic

There are no infinite amount of universes or worlds, no parallel universes, and no infinite versions of yourself.  There is only one actual original you. How can there be infinite versions of yourself, if there wasn’t at least some kind of start of yourself, some kind origin? Let’s elaborate. There is a multiple amount of versions of you, can I have a multiple amount of nothing? Nope! Anyway so we have a multiple amount of YOU, let’s call you A as a multiple amount of A. In order to have a multiple amount of A, what do I need first? A! I need A in order to have A again. If there is no A then there is no A again, the word again implies that there was a first of before and A again and again and again…

The end of separation is the end of desire. It’s life, it’s death, it’s unity; it is the absolute. In this profound realization, we find perfection eternal, a state of everlasting harmony.

To say this differently - If there is more than one version of you - only the original version can be authentic - all other versions would have to be pseudo-selves. Note that Ego also means Pseudo-Self.

Good one. People just don´t want to accept the direct experience.

'Other versions of me', 'other parallels me'. What the hell is this? Just mind diarrhoea dressed as a profound spiritual understanding.

It's all the One and that's saying too much. It's all a dream. Nothing is really happening.  Other versions within the dream.

Hi Princess, thanks for contributing, however the message doesnt truly make sense, and screams of intellectual insecurity. I find to it hard to truly parse what it is exactly you are trying to say. Do you want to try again after a pause?

... Look up String Theory

Below are quotes from 2 articles

"String theory is perhaps the most high-profile candidate for what physicists call a theory of everything – a single mathematical framework capable of describing the entirety of the known universe.

...Instead of treating subatomic particles as the fundamental building blocks of matter, string theory says that everything is made of unbelievably tiny strings, whose vibrations produce effects that we interpret as atoms, electrons and quarks.

...string theory has to make one more radical assumption. That instead of living in a universe with three dimensions of space and one of time, we live in one with either 9, 10 or 25 dimensions of space. These extra dimensions are then curled up so tightly that we don’t notice them – much like a silken thread appears one-dimensional until you get close enough to notice its width.

This process of curling up, or “compactification”, can be done in countless billions upon billions of different ways. Each compactification produces a different spacetime, meaning that string theory can realistically predict a multiverse populated by 10^500 different universes."

"Multiverse Hypothesis:  Have you ever imagined how a parallel world would look? What would the other version of you living in the parallel world be? String theory could make the multiverse not merely a renowned topic in novels and dramas but explain its plausibility. Leonard Susskind, a professor at Stanford University, linked string theory and parallel universes together. As different vibrations of the string can make up various particles and internal spaces — he figured that it could also make up a variety of universes with different properties. He proposed a hypothesis that our universe is merely one of the boundless variety of multiverses, just like an island among an archipelago."

Contributions of the String Theory : Although string theory has not been proven, it has already made massive contributions to mathematical physics, which helped solve many problems in black hole physics, nuclear physics, early universe cosmology, as well as condensed matter physics. For instance, string theory helps explain the nature of black holes, which are small in terms of length but big in terms of mass, perfectly.

I'm with @Javfly33. Until I meet my doppelganger having multiple versions of me is just a fairy tale, even then I would be suspicious.

String theory is empirically unproven in nearly every way, so there's that.

The structure of reality is so amazing that seems impossible. A proton is an entity of unimaginable complexity, incredibly stable, but also cyclical. The intelligence of reality only has one limit: perfection

String Theory is NOT my 'thing' ... i was just point out that it is not  "mind diarrhoea" as Javfly33 puts it.

Hi Bambi, I see the other version of you has gotten a little more polite even though it had to squeeze in a little bit of sumthin' sumthin'.

What I'm saying is there's another version of me in another dimension living in a penthouse and screwing Andrew Tate. Also another one of me as a nun playing with myself in my bedroom from lack of sex. Also another one on actualized forum named Bambi who is in love with me.

Hope I was a bit clearer this time - that was a long pause. Those examples can be replaced with infinite versions doing infinite things. Those just came to mind without much thought.

Interesting!

If truth is the guide, there's no need for ideology, right or left.

Maturity in discussion means the ability to separate ideas from identity so one can easily recognize new, irrefutable information as valid, and to fully integrate it into one’s perspective—even if it challenges deeply held beliefs. Both recognition and integration are crucial: the former acknowledges truth, while the latter ensures we are guided by it.
