I was thinking schizotypal or something (I’m no expert tho) that was one of the potential diagnosis the doctors thought I might have but the evaluation came to the conclusion I didn’t have it

Maybe you're just sick of life

If that was the case, solution would be very simple. Pack your bags and to travel. At least fora few days.

If you're high dopamine you can't be "sick of life". High dopamine is very euphoric with a lot of libido, everything feels intense and your "insertion" into reality is strong.

Uuh, it's on my list to go there sometime. But sounds like you were there hanging with your grandma. Not actually traveling the world :D

If I feel a bit down I just eat some pretzels. I was legit walking today from the supermarket eating pretzels and praising God how good life is. Not even joking.

It sounds like depersonalization and depression, have your emotional needs met, like friends and intimate partners, and have fun outside, an internet addiction quickly drains the soul out of life, or perhaps you know the reason why you're feeling this way but you just don't want to admit it to yourself because it's painful.

Your life could also just be work and scrolling the internet, which is not good.

It could also be stress and bad sleep, those are big.

Try to reflect on what went wrong, you must've been happy at some point in your life, go back there.

Thanks for your response it was good and thoughtful🙏🏻

regarding intimacy, one thing I also have is that barely can feel attraction and my libido is practically zero almost all the time so intimate partners is kind of not an option nowadays.

This is so severe that I was just on a whole month vacation with my family and then also this other guy and it made no difference to what I’m describing. Also I can hang out with someone and still makes no difference. I have my own sense of the cause , I won’t go into it too much here but basically it’s something in my brain. So I do reflect on this

I do check this forum often but I don’t see my internet use as a problem

And lastly yes I’m going to the doctor regularly

Yes on the deepest level there is no life. If you do nothing, there is nothing but the experience and observation of it.

The response above was great advice for how that person creates meaning in their life.

So how will you create meaning, purpose, passion, experience, connection, significance **** insert the noun here, in yours?

Most of the time those six needs drive emotional reactions in us, and depending how well realised and chosen those behaviors/patterns we are running to achieve them are, dictates where we place on the emotional spectrum.

I have none. I wrote somewhere in this thread that my libido is almost non existent and I barely feel anything (including attraction)

Ahah no way too addictive and unstable.

Without revealing anything i would say try to stop anything that cuts off dopamine, actually monoamine in general, and all stimulants neurotransmitters (acetylcholine, histamine...).
