sensations around the heart

the heart is feeling so weird sometimes since a few weeks or months

i wonder if it’s spiritual some kind of kundalini or just an incoming heart attack 

it feels very very tender around the heart but then sometimes it hurts

maybe both, a little kundalini and some clogged arteries and heart attack
