There can be no enlightenment unless there is already everything to recognize or become.  Minus even 1 individual and we will have less than everything.  No individual may obtain oneness if that individual's enlightenment is less than everything. This defines that all individuals must reach enlightenment together in order for there to be a oneness to recognize or become.

Then the sum total of us, which is enlightenment, equals the value of everything, which is oneness.
Therefore, in order for there to be oneness everyone has to be enlightened.

Oneness can be actualized now or in any cycle in which all values are enlightened.
