   I think it's just his rap voice or how he vocalizes his lyrics. They sometimes do that. For example Eminem voice for Slim Shady is different from his voice for Eminem or for Marshall Mathers. Some people have dialects and accents, some don't, and some can train for accents and dialects. Some people even just sound monotone for the most part.
