Personal Constitution

With all talk about the Fall of Democracy and World being Crazyz and Laws being broken and corruption. What about our personal constitution? What about a file where all the laws and precepts that we individualy stand for and we can even sign bellow making a firm contract that we will do the best to live according to those laws and precepts? 

A paper telling cleally with what we are siding with. 

If you would write such constitution what would be the contents of it?

my personal manifesto is definitely leave the world be, maybe god will work through me
