Sure, I am not attached to that assumption. I just made the assumption you believe in it because this forum is based around God, that is the main name used here for infinite consciousness. This wouldn't even make my assumption incorrect since I am still addressing other people's worldviews even if I am not addressing yours.

There is 0 reason to assume that. For all we know, you are thrown into the world. Plus, claiming that I just made needless assumptions while you literally believe this because other people told you, and got this from nothing other than either psychedelics or fiction, is asinine. You can be a crying ideologue who uses the same reasoning as fundamentalist christians to blame individuals for what they couldn't be less responsible for, or you can try to see the truth.

99.9% of suffering is mental, which is equivalent to saying that it is the mind that suffers. Then we would have to understand what that mind is that suffers. We are identified with the mind and we suffer, but the mind is an activity, if the activity ceases, the mind ceases, you can check it right now if you want.

A while ago I was walking down the street and I thought: I'm going to stop creating mental activity for a while. So, I walked for 20 minutes in almost total silence, in communion with the beauty of the world and without resistance, pure fluid. After a while I had to think: I have to sleep early because tomorrow etc etc, and then this, that, etc etc...but be careful not to drift into deep thoughts, stop! They are a trap, they are not deep, but labyrinthine. If the mind gets tangled in them, it will create the illusion of reaching a deep place, a genuine understanding about love, life, existence, and it is a lie, it is spinning around itself with deception. the observation of a leaf is much deeper, or the simple flow of the moment.

Not really, All that i write since 1 year ago is from Yoga and Shamabhi kriya. 

@numbersinarow Im not blaming you as an individual. I was referring to you as the source of Existence. 

You did not get thrown to the this world. You are inside your own manifestation and you are currently Lost in It. 

As i said, there is no god outside of your creation. You are Alone here. 

You Either choose bondage or freedom, there is no other way.
