@Javfly33 Im brainwashed but watch out when you finally decide to go in a relationship how much addiction it will cause you i can already see you thinking:did she text me? Omg did i do something wrong? I need to see her, guys help me i love her it hurts, how can i stop thinking about her i miss her🤪

@NoSelfSelf Exactly, I have been there and is hell. That's why knowing that is hell, how we consciously can produce that to the other person? Not wise.

I´m not saying it does not work, absolutely works. Is just is toxic.

And honestly, a lot of girls will get addicted to you anyway if they are really attracted. You don´t need to play this games, she will get addicted whether you want it or not 😂

Masturbation + soft porn are key to mature pornographic use.

With proper understanding of pornography you can get 3 hours of pleasure that will reset your brain and mind to natural state.

You can do 15 hours of work and then do that for 3 hours if you feel tense, but you have to do that in a very slow and full-body way.

Your body will get connection with your mind once you try understanding that every part of your skin is sensitive.

If you pass gently with your hand in certain parts, you'll get nice self massages with overall big benefits.

1) Makes me calm, relaxed, peaceful and focused

2) Once I've satisfied my basic sexual need I am not inclined to waste time trying to fuck women I do not respect or I do not care about or would never be in a relationship with

3) I have more time and energy to pursue women I actually do care about and I would be interested in having a long term relationship with

4) I think women feel it when you are desperate for sex and it is a repellent for them. With fapping you can present yourself to them in a non needy non attached way.

Nice conclusions, but there's a lot of errors in these.

Women are very similar to men and thinking of them as separate beings can result in things such as misogyny and so on.

They don't have some radars and they're as intelligent as men, so this 4th statement makes me feel like trying to put it on a very animalistic level.

Maybe that's what an immature woman would do. Maybe if you're dealing with black and white thinking women, you can get those impressions. I would avoid those. Having kids with them would be real pain and could be destructive for 3 lives combined.

@TheUnknown Plenty of qualified people argue heavily against porn use. One is Dr Trish Leigh here who seems to be a neuroscientist as well as people like Andrew Huberman.

I'm not the most productive person in general(I think due to ADHD) but when I watch a lot of porn it's easily for me to burn entire days watching videos then watching porn + fap then taking a nap and repeating this 2-3 times a day getting literally 0 done.

I've been finding truth in not letting myself do it and then doing way more work because I actually have the dopamine to be able to.

It will be my dream come true is someone at a Sadhguru Q&A asks him:

"Sadhguru, have you stopped beating your wife? Yes or no?"

Does he actually beat his wife?!

No that's just an example of a loaded question :P. Maybe Leo is implying Sadhguru's "yes or no" usage in certain instances as kind of limiting.

It’s a massive multi billion dollar industry under severe attacks in the media and through legal challenges. Why is it so hard to believe they would try to influence things?

Various authors critical of the porn industry have already had to go to court for defamation towards porn industry affiliated individuals targeting them.

Such a disgusting industry. They are harming so many people. Stop taking porn so lightly, it's toxic and lots of guys are suffering from it.

It is the effect not the cause. Get to the cause and you'll see where the disgust is. It's a bad tool used to fix something self-created.

Great video. Hope the people that are affected take advantage of this service.

While I am on the side of limiting or removing porn from your life completely, I am not a fan of Dr. Trish Leigh's work. A woman like her is so out of touch with the average male experience, she lives on a different planet.

People's addiction to porn can start as early as 10 years old. Were all these people using porn at 10 year olds as a tool to fix a self-created problem? To me, porn is like video games. It's the easiest way to curb boredom but like video games, the dopamine you get can make it addicting.

What do nofappers think about studies like this? I have always heard it was unhealthy to keep it bottled up. I don't know if that's actually true though. Try being married with newborn kids. Porn and masturbation is not only good, it's necessary for your sanity. I think it depends more on the type of porn you're watching and maybe how often. There is lots of good amateur couples porn where people aren't just being exploited or paid to fake it.
