I feel like you're just justifying your addiction to ejaculating. I'm not anti-porn in any way, it's great. It's regular ejaculation which ruins you as a man.

The benefits of no-fap are life-changing. This is not an understatement. I feel like a fucking shark. I'm more focused than ever. It's like a mild version of modafinil but permanent.

All of the con's you've described are pros to me. Although I don't feel tense or nervous. The complete opposite.

The sexual tension you refer to makes me appreciate women even more. Before, 10% of women were hot, now 70% are like fine wine. I'm more attracted to women than ever before. 

Are there downsides of no-fap? Absolutely. But the cons of fapping regularly are far worse - chronic laziness, unambitious, shy.

Make sense what you are saying,but since when is man defined by his feelings,like someone really confident is going to be shy just because he jerks off reguralry, how feminine that actually is when you think about it 😅

You didnt ask me but ill give my 2 cents. Addiction is everpresent in the game of dating one cant escape it.Like it or not it will come through many forms,when one says i miss you that is a form of drug, how much drug one gives another person during the time those 2 people are together, it will manifest into how much and how hard one thinks about the other person,how much they miss them,how much they cant wait to see them, since they insert themselves in their bloodstream so to speak.So a man must be mindful how much drug it gives to a woman, since if she is too demanding of the time and you cant give it one needs to back off from giving it,the more one gives the drug more for example woman will want to have babies with that person,marry that persib and go even insane if that person is not there.So addiction is conciously or unconciously spread or not,if not then woman wont be needing to even see that person.One gives drug for the aim he intends and communicates with a woman.That's why someone with game warns a women that she shouldnt deal with a man like him because you wouldnt handle the addiction and every woman replys : " nah you will get addicted to me" so in the end she has been warned.Dont shoot the messanger 😄

Like I said, a healthy masculine. All these game playing is for the weak and confused. All that manipulation and backing off and warning women and all that time consuming head games is too much. It's either it works or it doesn't. It's either you want it or you don't.  If energy has to be spent on some addicted head games, it ain't worth it as far as I'm concerned.

no fap has been completely life changing in my experience. sexual energy is completely magical when experienced in all of its power. when you get this you will not want to waste it ejaculating to porn

watching porn and fapping once in a while doesnt really affect me that much. however being in the habit of fapping / porning regularly is what sucks out your life force
