Russel Brand is a Christian now

 I've always considered him wise and very logical person. Him moving to Christ is very significant for me, because he's not going to be easily manipulated, he must have  a deep reason.

I think most Christians are mindless drones, but that doesn't matter. What matters is the heart and soul of Christianity and the type of people it creates (righteous). 

I am no where near that and not a Christian, but I am fascinated with Russell's conversion,  because he is wildly intelligent.

Christianity in its essence is okay. But ego corrupts everything. I think christianity will rise one day in its true glory and shine. There are probably some who live in accordance to the wisdom of christ.

Don't attack his motivations. You don't know what his values are. He could care about truth but just be self-deceived.
