The most depressing thing is only watching 28+ year old guys being ripped.

Unless you have insane genetics or perfect dietary habits from your parents, you have to wait until your late 20s to have a muscular, low bodyfat body. The best case scenario is that you start seriously working out at age 18, in that case you will need to wait until 25~ to look like anything impressive, assuming you don't slip up during those years.

I'm biased towards distance  running and wrestling

Cole Hocker's upset over Kerr and Ingebrigstein in the 1500

Sifan Hassan's gold in the marathon, plus bronze in the 10k and 5k

RIP Kelvin Kiptum (men's marathon world record holder)

Japan's dominance in freestyle wrestling

Hassan's win in the marathon was quite predictable if you actually watch the race. She was hiding behind the leaders all the way, benefiting from drafting (less air resistances). Hassan also has an incredible kick in her and can run really fast if she needs towards the end. Assefa should have just run all out with 2km to go if she wants to win.

I don't know if this counts as an epic moment, but when Uta Abe (japanese judoka) lost early in the competition... just see for yourself

I can understand her feeling, having that much pressure on you when everyone expects you to win and defend the gold-title. But damn, she could've waited until she got to the dressing room
