Super tight throat after working out

6 posts in this topic

Today is the second time when I've noticed that after I work out, my throat gets really tight and feels kind of clogged.

And it stays like that for most of the day.

I often get an urge to cough to "clear" it. Which is annoying.

Does anyone know why this keeps happening and what I can do about it?

Could it be asthma ? Or do you have postural issues ?

I am not aware of neither.

Why would asthma get triggered by working out though?

My theory was that I tense neck muscles too much when lifting weights. But now I am not sure.

I woke up today and have a similar feeling, but it does feel more like an allergy now.
