Very interesting video. Main takeaway for me is that by being too attached to an outcome (idea) you lose power in the moment, but real power is always in the moment. 

When you already want to be at your destination (attached to outcome), it takes away from the quality of your step at this moment.

This applies too to physical exercise I find. Helps to be very present for the mind muscle connection etc
