Kechari Mudra Book

Hi all, it's been time since I've been on here!

I just wanted to drop a link to a book on the kechari mudra that I wrote over the past few months. If anyone doesn't know what the "kechari mudra" is, I wrote a little blog post giving an introduction. Today is my day for publicly "releasing" both of those.

I am happy to receive feedback or to discuss in general. I will try and check back here for a day or so, but I don't frequent these forums so much if I'm honest. There is a contact page on that website too if you'd like to send any email.

I hope this isn't considered spam — I do need to post a link to that book on a few websites so that Google can index it! 🌴 You are welcome to download and share the book, but be aware future versions may be released. At the moment it is V0.914.
