@Ajay0 How to maintain high level of prana outside of pranayama/kriyas?

Is there any tricks like holding mudras or something like that? I used to practice it last year but my focus got derailed and I stop doing it

I have mentioned ways to increase prana in the op.

Yes, the mudras are good for increasing prana/chi.

There are many forms of prana, like solar prana( moderate exposure to sunlight ) , wind prana, soil prana (walking barefoot) , deep breathing in fresh air, sitting in padmasana and so on.

Prana is high in natural environments like forests or beach or parks. You can see yourself getting energized in such regions.

Eating fresh food as in fruits and keeping away from negative prana foods like packaged foods with preservatives also helps.

I have noticed my meditation is better after eating fruits, possibly  due to the high prana in them.

Emotional peaks and emotional contentment are said to be ways to increase and store prana without leakage.

Dr. Frederick Lenz on prana and Kundalini...

https://www.ramaquotes.com/html/kundalini.html

Quote

Kundalini is the life force. It is given different names. They call it prana. They divide it into different segments, the apana and the samana; sometimes it's called shakti. Nice names, it is energy.

Kundalini is prana as it passes through a human being.

When there is no thought, the kundalini rises. When you create a vacuum, something will be drawn into it. The less thought you have, the more kundalini will flow through the chakras, the shushumna.

Don't worry about techniques. Don't worry about chakras. Instead, concern yourself with finding the dharma and meditate. Then the kundalini will release.

Have your life properly aligned with dharma. The technicalities of the movement of the kundalini are easy to master. Dharma is much more complex.
