The alarm in the movie is that if a guy is father of 1000 kids in the same region and this kids grow and have kids there will be consanguinity problems. I think if a BS fear. I know indigenous people from Brasil from villages that have 150 200 people and is normal that couples are cousins of each other. Dont this consaguinity may be a unbased fear for control reasons. One of the parties that got angry with the guy donating in private was that he was escaping the clinic control. Well , he was donating for 11 clinics plus the private donations.
