What I'm saying is I've been into this stuff about 5yrs now. I don't treat it like work. Almost everyday I try to integrate parts of this stuff. It will never leave me. It's a way of being. The Important things like mind stuff, realizing what's going on here, observation, curiousity, watching the thought's that come by, dissolving the fears that enter, i mean stuff i can do everyday all day without it being like a chore or some spiritual process. It's just who I'm becoming, but not what you may think. Not some spiritual being who is trying to get somewhere but taking away rather than adding. I still watch videos and stuff and read stuff but more of an understanding rather than a teaching. To me it's normal.
