If you are a student of Societies you may be awre of the archetype of Magician and that this Archetype can become corrupted and the consequeces of it.

In a tribe the Magician would be the Shaman and Healer. Threre are stories of Shamans becoming Black Magicians, and bringing ill to their tribes.
