Super quick post to get the ball rolling. I have come to the conclusion through getting coached myself that a public written acountability journal is one of the most effective methods for me to be more productive and hold myself accountable.

Got a coaching call with a client in 50 minutes, its our third call out of three free calls and I'm ideally looking to sell her a 3 month program for 3k€, but most likely it will be way less and I'll adapt it on the fly.

I did not get into the sales process this call as something urgent and emotionally challenging came up in the moment to her. I'll do it next week.
She did say that I've helped her more with our two sessions than a year and a half of therapy, which is something i've actually heard before

What's next?

🔲 Polish up my offer and get a rough plan for a sales pitch. Reading 100M offers by Alex Hormozi. The coaching course I'm doing doesn't provide that much solid structure .

Actually I just came up with a potentially straightforward innovative idea for generating leads . I don't want to share it yet or hype it up too much before I've tested it a good ammount. Posting this here so I don't forget .

Goal for tomorrow

⭕ Test secret lead generating method. Keep progressing in coaching sales and marketing course. Keep reading 100M offers.

I totally forgot about this thread.

I've been doing coaching since April this year. I don't really have formal coaching experience .

I went through a free formation that although pretty solid, didn't provide me with much new knowledge on either the process of coaching or marketing/ sales.

It seems that consuming around 2000 hours of Leo's content, all of RSD's material  ( and much more ) and close to 10k hours of personal development content has given me enough insight into psychology, epistemology , human behavior, emotions, self-esteem, attraction, personal development and spirituallity to provide serious value to people .

You may say I've been pretty stupid because I always held off from doing this because I'm  deeply aware that there is so much that I don't know. What sent me over the edge was observing how people like Andrew Tate, Llados, JP, etc, get away with so much blatant BS and here I am worrying about not having absolute knowledge of everything lol.

The truth is that as long as I'm 3-5 steps further than someone I can help them out a lot, and in terms of psychology call me arrogant but I bring s lot of value to people.

My marketing is as simple as it gets atm : personal references, client refers or posting my AD message on local WhatsApp groups where I'm friends with the owner, offering 3 free coaching sessions for self esteem, self-understanding and social skills ( I focus mainly on men, but  I've provided huge value to women explaining how emotions and beliefs work.)

I've often heard that my few free sessions had been more helpful than years of therapy, which I'm happy to hear because initially I was self conscious about not having formal experience, but therapy is not what I want to focus on. I find it boring and I'm not that passionate about it, although I do get goosebumps when my clients get a big ah-ha moment.

I mean I'll help them with their  emotions and limiting beliefs if we stumble upon eachother but I don't look forwards that kind of people.

Also I need to give lots of disclaimers that this is not professional psychological help to keep myself off potential legal issues if I someone's unstable and decides to blame me for whatever he comes up with.

I love teaching social dynamics in person. Online is not that exciting. It's much more entertaining and intense, and way more transformative than speaking about these concepts online. It's 10 times more transformative in person ,to say the least.

In terms of sales, I don't do anything. It's as simple as it gets. I do the 3 free coaching calls to help people with some of their struggles, I showcase my skills and then people themselves ask to work with me . I charge 1000€ for 4 coaching calls and 2500€ for 12 calls. ( One call per week). Payment plans are okay.  What makes it a no brainer is that I offer a 100% money back guarantee. I take the risk for the client and it pressures me to perform and care about doing my job well

Initially I had limiting beliefs to even saying these numbers, but actually this money is peanuts. People charge way more for dumb sh1t and people waste way more money on absolute garbage . If I like the person and they really really  can't afford it I'll do it for free

Taxes are sh1t in Spain. You don't charge VAT for clients outside of EU, but you have to add 21% to European clients. Income tax is 0% until first 12k /yr ( you still need to file and send the tax money but it's later returned  the next year...) and 45% above 60k per yr. That tax amount is ridiculous. The only way is to charge more and work more... And I'm not to keen on that

I may have around 200 hours of coaching experience by now if not more.  I've worked with around 15 people and I'm really no trying that hard. I feel a little guilty for not helping more people but I'm working on deepening my own ambition and developing more work ethic to scale how much I help others, as I currently struggle with chronic fatigue ( see heavy metal detox journal )

Wtf have I been doing working as a waiter for 6 years for 10€ per hour? Absolute bonkers.

I'm looking forward to doing more but also there is a lot of resistance to being disciplined. I have scheduled a few LSD trips to work on introspecting and releasing some of these unconscious barriers, if that's even possible
