@Leo Gura so what are you specifically referring to when you call him shameless and ruthless? My understanding is that The reason why Tesla stock is so high is because people genuinely like the car, and that’s what made him rich. Not because he’s doing anything immoral?

I would add that Musk isn't that intelligent. He's above-average capable of manipulating abstractions but there's nothing of note or special about his cognitive abilities. He actually runs propaganda campaigns and floods the zone with stories and headlines that he is super intelligent. He pays a lot of money to spread the perception that he's super-intelligent but he's really not.

He strung Paypal together with spaghetti code and got lucky with it. That was his jump-off point. From there, he used that money to buy Tesla and SpaceX and others and then made everyone think he was the one designing the satellites and rockets. He's good at business and marketing, but like Leo said, advances there have more to do with devilry than a profound intelligence. 

He's actually a dumbass who changed the price of a Tesla to 69,420, because he thinks 69 and 420 are hilarious. How intelligent could he be? 😂

He does sexual harassment.

He attempted to reneg on his agreement to buy Twitter under BS reasons.

You don't get to Musk's level by playing nice. You crush those who stand in your way. One of the reasons Musk is anti-Biden is as revenge for Biden not inviting Musk to a meeting about EVs. Musk is an egotist just as much as Trump. Which is why he supports him.

Trump is worse, Trump is more immature and flawed. But Musk has a massive ego. Owen also has a massive ego.

The more massive the ego, the more appealing Trump looks.

Massive ego doesn't necessarily mean evil or criminal. It can manifest in less severe ways.

Leo you need to question the mainstream media more. All of these are misleading criticisms of him.

Not really though. He rushed to sign the initial agreement and later realised his mistake. Then he bought up the bot issue to back off. It was the twitter management who forced the deal because they got paid big time.

The only reason he tried to back out of it is because the market crashed and he wanted it cheaper. The bot thing was just an excuse he made up and it was such a poor excuse his own lawyers told him to pay up without even going to trial.
