Friends eating habits...

A friend of mine only eats junk food. He also drinks a lot of beer, coke, and alcohol.

No water, no fruit, no vegetables. None at all.

He has been living like this for 20 years and has no serious health issues, he's just overweight.

Now, tell me that reality is not fake...

I am sure that Buffet also eats a lot of healthy food and supplements, not just junk food. He is not that stupid.

I am talking about people that haven't eaten a single healthy food in their entire life and somehow don't have any problems at all.

You sure your friend doesn’t have any problem? Often times the people that don’t care about their health are too numb to feel their unhealth in the first place. Maybe nothing serious yet but a low grade heaviness that they don’t even notice at this point.

Being overweight is a health problem in of itself.
