"English or Spanish?": Innocent meme or blatant homophobia?

It's funny how LIMC says this meme does not discriminate when it's obvious how "being gay" is used in a negative connotation. Like I'm sure if you push the "punchline" just a bit further ("Haha you moved! GAY!") you'd be seen as homophobic.

Make it make sense for me, I don't understand how memes like these become easily pushed to hundreds of millions in the mainstream when we already had Think Before You Speak ad campaigns:

Utterly ridiculous:

Another proof that life has no real purpose or meaning so humans have to make shit up for their boredom and that anything will do.

Yeah because homophobia isnt cool anymore but because it's still there it sneaks itself in in more subtle ways.

Another one from my 8th grade students: If your best male friend got bitten by a toxic snake in the dick and the only way to save his life is to suck the toxins out of his dick with your mouth would you do it?

Innocent meme IMO.

I think if it’s just joking around being gay yourself then that’s fine. But if it’s laughing at gay people then mostly it’s not.

If someone asked me that question in a mall I would start running away as fast as I can. Even though I’m not gay. You gotta have some humour. Standing still is funny too though.

I've got Infinity for a head and I have a hard time handling it.
