"grace" to enemies

1 post in this topic

I'm not really a believer in grace to enemies. Enemies may unrelentingly want to screw one over, so where is the grace to be had? It's a high-minded and uber-noble ideal, that doesn't fit in the real world.

I genuinely deem every pretty woman on Earth my enemy. I don't care if that makes me "bad". And? name a human alive who is perfect?

this is an account of something that happened in a post-grad uni class several months ago. It's a certificate about public/corporate communications and marketing, and we had to give two presentations. One on telling a story on anything we wanted, and one on a detailed marketing strategy for an imaginary or existing product.

The story I presented was about the linguistic history of the British Isles. When I discussed Scots vis a vis English, I said that whether they are separate languages was moot, and that they are mutually intelligible. One very hot fellow student loudly said and interrupted me saying that's "false", and I said my view was valid and that the phrase "a language is just that with an army and a navy" stands. I said it quite sternly, and i could see was shocked. GOOD. don't interrupt me for petty bs reasons.

I wish I could get a mind ray and read the minds of every pretty lady on Earth. I bet it's pretty savage and dark. always looking who to "fuck over".

I won't let pretties "bully me" any longer. I won't let them dictate the scope of my life. Only I do that. yes, ME. They hold no fucking right, ever, until the end of TIME, to do that. Even the Lord in the Bible said He gave us free will. So if that's good enough for Jesus, it's good enough for HUMANS who happen to be born in a physical state where others deem them more physically attractive, and as the female sex.
