Why are you not out in nature and blissed out?

25 posts in this topic

Me personally, I want to synergize and understand everything, chakras, consciousness, life, art, perspective, technology, the nature and relationship of the self, exploring what I am, what I observe, what I understand, how I understand up to the infinite stratosphere of metaness, I take in the morning sun and immerse myself in the lake, I do yoga to flex my spine into a dynamic state of being and release the tension, I binge Sadhguru and Leo's videos to explore the nature of reality and find out how I construct my own self, I use psychedelics and dissociatives to expand my mind and materialize, dissolve and interconnect everything within.

But this is a question to everyone on this forum. What drives you? What purpose or state of being are you pursuing or embodying right now? What keeps you on this forum instead of dissolving into pure bliss without the room to communicate back?

At this point for me it's pure addiction and compulsion.  I have no business being in this forum anymore (i mean i have 10k posts ) ..I have asked every question I wanted to ask and shared every insight I wanted to share. But I just get a surge of dopamine with each notification. That's all. A bit brutal but it is what it is I guess.

my mind is gone to a better place.  I'm elevated ..going out of space . And I'm gone .

I have many seasonal allergies. Cannot be out for too long. It’s not in my nature.

For me I like to talk Spirituality, since my Wife is not into this stuff, and its a bit entertaining most of the time, lol, sometimes its a irritant too.. I've watched so many videos on Spirituality, lots of Everyone that is out there, especially Sadhguru too, since he is my Guru, but I don't watch much of his stuff anymore, sometimes I will review his Inner Engineering video's for refresher stuff, but I haven't been doing the practices of late since my work burns me out mentally as well as the city I live in sort of drains me in a way, I feel and see the chaos here, and its draining, we could be doing things so much better, but its getting worse imo... I would luv nothing more than too just be physically free of this rat race and to enjoy life, food, nature walks, travel and such and to spend more time with Wifey, but we're too busy at times to do that until vacation time comes...But when I deal with ppl, and I do at my job, I'm naturally good natured with them, patient for the most part and kind, I want all of Us to live better more empowered and Aware Lives in the end, it benefits all of Us if that happens...

Blissed out? What do you mean blissed out? That's just the mind. The body cannot handle being blissed out. The body's mechanism is designed for survival and reproduction. It's the mind that wants to be blessed out. The body doesn't care about your bliss. States are short lived. Any longer and you'll end up in the looney tune. That's where depression and anxiety come in. It's the need to hold unto that blissful state and the need to be happy more than the body can handle.

Notice your happiness is short lived. The reason your happiness is shorter than your sadness is because thoughts are more negative than positive. Either way they are only sensations. Sensations are felt because the identifier thinks it's theirs. It's just sensations arising but because of that energy that thinks it's separate, everything that comes with it is owned.

You can have a blissful experience but it doesn't last long because of it's nature. These are arising out of nothing and goes back to nothing. Energy in motion. Claimed by the individual in it's dream state. Bliss is bliss, doesn't need a claimer.

@Keryo Koffa you want a tip, learn Angamardana from isha-sadhguru and try doing it in  nature.

Gets you in literal Infinity Bliss, is literally heaven. Best thing I´ve learned ever.

That is a very good question.

What prevents me is the karmic software Im attached to.

Sadhana îs the way to dismantle all entanglement of memory until effectively, you dissolve into pure bliss.

As long as the focus is straight, we will get there in this lifetime.

Actually the opposite is true, any sort of "Negative" emotion or experience like Depression, Anxiety, Anger, Bitterness, Frustration etc, releases toxic and disempowering chemistry into the body, this weakens Your Body and makes You less enabled, that is why the majority of the population is using meds and living with toxic bodies and minds, they are under constant self created Stress Responses that are releasing Cortisol and other chems that are not healthy for us, but if one is not in constant fight or flight mode, Peace is the natural experience positive life empowering chems are released, serotonin, dopamine, oxytocin, endorphins, etc,, this allows one to have clarity and health as a natural occurrence, with this a Stable Emotional and Mental, Physical baseline is established so the Energy system can ramp up and further possibility and potential in that person can be Realized...

@Keryo Koffa I have always been a seeker. I am restless and ambitious.

At the moment my spiritual development is to ultimately serve my worldly life. Being more spiritually connected has helped me become more capable in the material world. There’s so much I want to achieve in the human dimension. When I’m older that’ll change I’m sure

I've understood at the big picture level what I am and what's reality, therefore fulfilling my meta life purpose, one I've been inexplicably drawn to since I was little. That's what I'd call implicit omniscience, having an understanding of the structure and root principles. The explicit omniscience of all the content (every single event, mechanism, manifestation of consciousness) doesn't interest me much, but that doesn't mean I'll stop learning. The exploration of consciousness and refinement of my understanding of it will continue for as long as I live, but now I can allow myself to be biased in that and choose what is it I want to do next. Can be exploring a dimension, having an experience, learning a scientific field, acquiring a new skill, doesn't matter. But that's not enough, I also need to find an earthly life purpose, as without one after my awakening I kinda lost the drive to do most things, except simply enjoying the beauty of existence, but can only do that so much, need to balance it with action. As to why not dissolve back into the undifferentiated goo of Infinity, that option is available at any time, will happen eventually anyway, maybe even tomorrow. I can easily die in peace right now, but staying some more in this domain of duality to continue exploring and experiencing it ain't so bad either. I plan to cut back on spirituality for a time, focus on creating and taking actionable steps towards fulfilling a new life purpose, achieving complete financial independence, and engaging with hobbies.

Visiting this forum has been one of the many ways to pass the time during this rut I've been in for a while, let's be honest here, maybe like 5% of posts are of any decent quality and provide value, the rest are arguing semantics, speculating, asking stupid questions... last 2 or so weeks I've been visiting much less frequently as well as cutting out other unconscious activities bit by bit, which I'll be doing even more ruthlessly as my schedule begins filling up with better things. So why am I spending time on this reply? Mainly to gather my thoughts and put them into writing, for future reference and accountability.

Whichever way you turn, there is the face of God

@LambdaDelta May I inquire into this implicit omniscience you became aware of and its nature? I've had moments where any questions I came up with automatically deconstructed themselves as I knew their source and intent which instantaneously revealed their self-implied answer and my foolishness in asking them, where all need to experience anything dematerialized into nothingness leaving only the present moment, but I didn't leave my body, perception stayed the same. My strongest trip annihilated me into amnesia and coming in and out of existence through singular forms, concepts, understandings, my perception morphed into a liquid metallic reverberating sea. A recent experience made me aware of infinite fractality, every idea a unique dimension forming physical and mental reality through its relation to every other, an infinite substrate.

Can you point me to that meta-realization that includes all and leaves nothing out, something so complete, it can only be subdivided and not expanded? Is it so simple it appears to nothingness? Does it have some kind of flavor? Is it everything being only and ever itself? Is it a realization that opens all doors, all dimensions, does it contextualize reality?

The normal thing for a human is unhappiness, since we have a mind that predicts what is going to happen, which is decay and death, and we also depend on other humans, and everyone is crazy and unhappy, so there is a vibration of unhappiness. constant in which we function.

The only way out of this is enlightenment, which is opening yourself to the total nature of reality and leaving the human software. this can be done part time in my experience, as you want to remain human, do business, have sex, use your body and relate to your environment. then you enter the "unhappy" state again, but there is no problem with that

Btw I think that spirituality videos and books are absolutely useless and toxic, are a mess for the mind. The reality is absolutely simple.

I stayed on no mind level, psychadelics showed me that if i go further beyond that state ill transcend human experience,so first i want to achieve things in life, dreaming this humans ups and downs before i enter that bliss you talking about in old age, because there wont be enjoyment of the physical anymore.

Because life is many things to me, not just bliss. Though a once-a-month bliss experience would be nice to have and should be coded into the human experience naturally without needing to go anywhere, take, or buy anything,.

What are my most common states:

Observation
Frustration
Analysis
Apathy
Suffering
Sentiment
Synchronicity
Sadness
Happiness
Peace
Cyclic Pattern
Institution
Calm

An alternate question:

What stops you from dissolving into the emotionless void? Infinite sorrow, or infinite insert emotion here: X

Also, nobody has solved this problem, when they do, I (infinity) will have:

I stand in front of you and shout in your face.

How do you maintain bliss?

The best I have is detachment, which seems like a poor answer for an infinite whole. I've toyed with love for anger, but that never works because anger is a detaching force.

Staying blissed out among people is a tougher challenge ;)

Besides, you don't want to be this guy:

I have an itch I need to scratch.  This very normal, every day, relentless, humdrum, experience of mine is actually really bizzare and extraordinary, and there "I" am in the middle of it. WTAF? And then I have some bald guy on YouTube telling me "yes yes your experience is extraordinary yes". How can I not be hooked on working it all out. I've already had the dissolving bit that was the normal part. Bliss would just be the cherry on top.
