Childhood 2.0 Movie

I was recomended watch this by a friend. There is a part of the movie I dont know yet if is true, where a kid fake profile is created on Instagram and in 6 minutes there is ready a man approaching. Of course there is always a tone of doomerism in this movies but at same time why people take time to even create this documantaries if was not some thing going on?
