Ways To Elevate Yourself Above Sexual Urges

Sex is a natural and beautiful part of life, and it's normal to have sexual urges. As a man, I used to get distracted by any woman walking by. Just seeing her, I might be drawn to certain features—perhaps her hair, her figure, or the way she's dressed.

I began to realize that these distractions were constant, whether I was on the street, in a mall, or online on platforms like TikTok or Facebook. I recognized this as an issue that needed addressing.

Women are generally aware of this dynamic, and many spend significant effort to look attractive and catch the attention of men.

To overcome this distraction, I found an unconventional method that worked for me. Start by downloading photos of women that you find appealing. Focus on the features you are most drawn to—whether it’s their hair, breasts, thighs, or clothing. Look at these images every day. If you’re attracted to certain body parts, whether clothed or naked, immerse yourself in images and videos highlighting those parts.

By doing this consistently over a couple of months, you may find yourself desensitized. Eventually, you will be less likely to be distracted by women you see in everyday situations. This method helped me regain control and reduce the impact of these visual distractions.

This method is inspired by Leo's "Burning through karma", this way though is cheap, and one smart benefit of it is that you'll be able to see women more like humans at the end, rather than potential sexual objects.

Lastly, for this to work best, you need to look at the same photo for several days, I usually open 10 photos on my browser and keep them open. They idea behind this is to look at them long enough so that you're not amazed by what you see.

Desensitized? Make no sense at all. Better accept that women with all their qualities and even with their tendency to call attention by revealing the best juicy parts of them are what is natural to them, like babon females that develop big red buttocks in the fertility season what make the visualy oriented males crazy to fuck. 

I see a hot woman and I can recognize her humaness and indivituality and at same time feel in my body the whole physical effects her body causes on me. No need of this tricks. What if you had no access to download pictures to do this trick? What if you lived in the times that there was no pictures? Those times Man would feel unapologeticaly whatsoever he would feel.

That's something I dislike of being a man. That it's sometimes hard to connect just human to human with a hot woman, without all the sexual distraction. I sometimes would like to just get to know the person behind those boobs but get infatuated by the ass or whatever. Who is she? I don't even know. If the girl on the other hand is fat and ugly or just a man, then I can connect in a more honest human way. Otherwise, there's always background noise, chemicals going on and well you know the rest.

They truly don't like being like that, but they've given up on men! once they find a man who can understand them, they would lose interest in other men, therefore showing off what they got will make no sense for them anymore. If you want to truly connect to the human, you need to do what I've described. you can eventually build up resistance.

When you look at a guy's photo, you won't wonder immediately what's underneath his pants, but why do you think it's different if you would to look at a girl's photo? at least for a split of a second, your mind will start wonder, and after that you become aware and dismiss the ideas..

Truth is that there's nothing magical about a woman's vagine! but if you start familiarizing yourself with it for quite some time, just the part itself, it'll lose it's grip on your brain. I'll make no difference between looking at a guy's crotch or a woman's

What you are doing is a certain Karmic dismantling.

This is where all the sexual compulsions of the human being exist, in their karmic software.

 

When you are able to see a woman just as a piece of earth as a man, and even as an animal and a tree, then you will have dismantled all the Karma in relation to sex.

99% of the sex humans do, is compulsive entanglement karmic sex. Is not conscious sex. Therefore, it is a source of bondage and compulsiveness.

We humans can go without sex but cannot go without food. So one thing to focus on would be food.

Besides food, you can also focus on earning income and carving out your life purpose. Next is providing food and shelter for others etc.
