How to induce an OBE? Have you ever had this experiences?

I had an out of the body experience only once in my entire life, almost one year ago, after long and daily meditation sessions. But since that day i've always failed. 

How do you induce an obe? What technique do you use? 

Have you got some advices? I'd love to read your experiences too

I smoked dmt. They started happening randomly for like 2 weeks after that and then stopped.
