Non-Linear Time, Time Travel.. Inspired on Avengers End Game

I watched Avengers End Game last Nigth. And it reminded me of some contemplations on the Nature of Time, Time Travel and what Science and Methaphisics have to say about it.

I had a disagreement with the girl from the Video below recently because I felt she was spreading a lot of BS. But I still know that Time is a very Sneaky thing, is not even a thing, is something difficult to put your finger on, since you put your finger in a moment IN Time. 

What is Time?  She say she is Interested in getting to the Bottom of things. She is into Kundalini Awakening and Published a paper that I am attaching in this post
