Very practical. I took my time getting rid of things. I didn't just throw everything out at once. I'm still working on it. I can't even explain the clarity you begin to have when you don't have clutter and nonsense everywhere. So far, I haven't regretted parting ways with anything. The book that inspired me is called "Goodbye Things".

For me, it forced me to find other ways of using my time, rather than being distracted by things i didn' need. I've also freed up a solid a mount fo cash selling all the things i don't use. Highly recommended to really think about how frew things you need, and then the stuff you have has to be of high quality. Also using things up, and only buying new things when needed, not becourse the old things are just not new or simmilar worrysome reasons. I has freed up energi for more important activities

Translation: I bear witness that there is no God but Allah, and Leo [Gura] is the messenger of Allah.
